hey there! we are kenny and claire
Our bingsoo adventure started with a simple question: what would happen if classic Korean bingsoo met nostalgic American desserts?
After plenty of experimenting (and a lot of taste testing), achoo! bingsoo was born. What started as a fun idea in the kitchen eventually turned into our first pop-up in 2024—and now we get to bring our bingsoo cart to celebrations all across Southern California.
The Story Behind Our Logo, “Achoo”
The name Achoo actually comes from Kenny. Growing up, friends and family gave him the nickname “Achoo,” and it stuck with him ever since.
When we started our bingsoo cart, it felt only right to turn that nickname into the heart of our brand. The character in our logo is inspired by Kenny, and the playful name reflects the fun and joyful spirit we hope to bring to every event—just like the childhood desserts and sweet memories that inspired it.
