When you book Achoo! Bingsoo, we don’t just show up with shaved ice — we bring the entire experience with us.
Our service fee allows us to arrive fully prepared to serve fresh bingsoo on-site, from setup to the final scoop. It covers our dedicated team, self-powered cart, ingredient prep, equipment, transportation, and the time it takes to create a smooth, joyful experience for you and your guests.
We also provide everything needed to serve your guests, including bowls, spoons, and napkins — so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We are also self-powered.
Signs and menu will be available with the cart as well.
Gratuity and travel fees, if applicable, are handled separately.

Travel:
Events located outside a 15-mile radius of Tustin, CA are subject to a round-trip mileage fee of $1 per mile.Gratuity:
Gratuity is optional. Our Achoos (servers) take pride in providing warm, professional service, and tips may be added to your final package if desired. -
We’ll need an area of 12’ x 12’ for the cart. It is recommended the set up space be clear from common paths of travel.

Reserving Your Event
Please submit a booking request via our Inquiry Form. We will respond with a custom quote and confirm our availability.Payment Options
Clients can secure their booking by: splitting the payment into two installments:Deposit: 50% of the total quote due at the time of booking (securing a date)
Final Payment: Remaining balance due no later than 14 days prior to the event
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Zelle or credit card payments online. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.Adjusting Your Order
Once your booking is confirmed, you may increase the number of bingsu servings up to 14 days before your event. Reductions to the order are not permitted. Any additional servings requested after this window may be accommodated at our discretion and billed separately.Late Payments
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, and any deposit paid will be forfeited. -
Achoo! Bingsoo is currently available to cater private events in Southern California. We service Southern California. Specifically in the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles and other surrounding areas.
A roundtrip Mileage Fee is calculated for locations beyond a 15-mile radius from Tustin, CA.

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that any of its products are free from common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and gluten, as all products are stored, prepared, and served in a shared environment.
Our bingsu flavors contain dairy products, and certain flavors may contain caffeine and nut-based ingredients.
Clients are responsible for informing their guests of potential allergen exposure. By booking services, the Client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with food allergies and dietary sensitivities.

Quotes & Booking
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total package price is required to secure the event date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.
Guaranteed Servings
Client must confirm the final guaranteed number of bingsoo servings at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
This number represents the minimum quantity that will be billed.
If fewer servings are consumed, no refunds will be issued for unconsumed servings.
If additional servings are requested, Provider will attempt to accommodate with Client approval; however, additional food and service are not guaranteed and will be billed after the event if provided.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide a safe, level, and accessible service area.
Obtain all necessary venue permissions and approvals.
Ensure access to electricity and/or water if required for service.
Ensure guests behave in a safe manner around the service area.
Food Allergens & Dietary Disclosure
Provider’s products may contain or come into contact with milk, dairy, nuts, soy, gluten, and other allergens. Client acknowledges responsibility for informing guests of potential allergens. Provider is not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary-related issues.
Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Client releases and holds harmless Provider, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Consumption of food or beverages,
Allergic reactions or food sensitivities,
Accidental spills, stains, or property damage,
Guest injuries occurring in or around the service area,
Indemnification
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Provider from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from Client’s event, guests, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, not to exceed 50% of all payments made, upon written request.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit (50% of total package price).
In the event of cancellation, this agreement and the services/prices listed are not transferable to another client, date, or event.
Force Majeure
Provider is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or emergencies. In such cases, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date subject to availability.
Insurance
Provider maintains general and product liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request when required by the venue.
Acceptance
By booking services or submitting payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
