Start by submitting a Booking Form on our website to tell us more about your event! From there, we will reach out to you via e-mail.

The more information you can provide on the booking form, the better!

Your choice of 3 bingsoo flavors for any event! Each booking is unique based on the event you are holding, your selected package, and the amount of people attending.

We will arrive fully prepared to serve bingsoo (shaved ice) on-site, from setup to the final scoop.

What you can expect to see:

• 2 Friendly Achoos (Servers)

• Fully self-powered bingsoo cart, including all equipment and freshly prepped ingredients. No need for an external power source

• Bowls, napkins, and utensils readily available for all guests

• Sign and menu based on the chosen flavors (Max 3 flavors). Menu can be customized with your event name or names (for weddings)

We serve at any events such as weddings // brand activations // office parties // corporate events // conferences & expos // churches // bridal showers // & more!

Our cart can fit almost anywhere, but we require at least a 10 ft x 10 ft flat, level space with no stairs. If stairs are present, an elevator that fits our cart is required.

We have no power requirements! Our cart is fully self-powered and will not need a power outlet or external power source.

We are based in Orange County, California and can travel to surrounding cities in SoCal such as Los Angeles // San Diego // & Inland Empire.

Travel Fee: Events located outside a 15-mile radius of Irvine, CA are subject to a round-trip mileage fee of $1 per mile.

Gratuity: Gratuity of 8% of the selected package price. Our Achoos (servers) take pride in providing warm, professional service, and tips may be added to your final package if desired.
